Business In Order was born from our founder, Carolina Gutierrez's life long struggle with undiagnosed ADHD. Before her diagnosis she had spent well over a decade reading every organizing book, blog, and magazine she could get a hold of on the topic, as the orbit of chaos that surrounded her felt so bad. "My mother would find my keys in the freezer."
When the official diagnoses came in, she had an almost PHD level of acquired knowledge on the subject of getting more organized allowing her to put it into proper context and finally leverage the information effectively. Her business began as a part-time side hustle while in school that eventually grew into much more. Recognizing that lack of organization was a common thread amongst business owners, Carolinas years of counseling & hypnotherapy experience allowed her to approach the topic in a compassionate yet effective manner with the small businesses she started working with.
Business In Order has grown from a self diagnosed disorganized lady that loved technology, into a agency who's mission directly ties into the mental wellbeing of those it helps.
